With combined experience totaling over 60 years in the Construction and Construction Management field, Dale and Audie have been responsible for directing all construction and development for operating units through out the country for a major REIT.

Dale spent over 19 years as the Director of Design and Development for Duke Realty and supervised a staff responsible for design-build and fast track design/construction coordination, value engineering/constructability review, negotiation and administration of contracts, scheduling and overall performance.

As partners, we strive for honesty and clarity. Our first job is to understand the client’s vision and needs, not to present our own. We value timeliness and direct communication.

Over the years, we have been fortunate to collaborate with excellent clients on wonderful projects, but we believe it is still too early to weigh in on the success of the work. A building exists in time and its usefulness is directly related to how well it continues to perform.

What We Do

DCG Indiana, Inc. dba Dillon Construction Group is unique in how we work with our clients.

We do not pursue hard bid projects. Our specialty is design-build/construction of office, mixed-use, multi-family, and industrial projects.

Virtually all of our engagements require most, if not all of the following items. Other than complete open-book accounting, there is no formula. One of our assets is our flexibility in how we serve your needs and successfully complete your project.

Most of our engagements begin at least one year before we break ground. Depending on the complexity of the project, it can run longer. The only commitment that we ask is if we engage to assist in the project, that we will be the Builder/Owner’s Representative for the project. We can agree on the cost of our services up front with guaranteed fees and general conditions, or we can align them to the cost and duration of the project.
