We celebrated the Grand Opening today of Graham Rahal Performance’s new facility in Zionsville, IN. We completed this two-building headquarter campus in only 12 months! Building 1 is home to Graham Rahal Performance Sales, Graham Rahal Performance Service, Ducati, Rahal Paint Protection, RIVET Coffee, while Building 2 will house The Wheelhouse (a private members-only lounge with car storage), Bowdie’s Restaurant, and Piaggio.

Today we celebrated the topping-off of the new second headquarter building for Merchants Bank of Indiana in Carmel, IN. This building is being constructed directly across the street from their current office building, and the two buildings will be connected over 3rd Avenue by a skybridge.

Today was the groundbreaking of the new GR Brands headquarters in Zionsville, IN. The facility will be comprised of two buildings - Building 1 will be approximately 105,000 SF and Building 2 will be approximately 33,000 SF.
Building 1 will feature the showroom and service for Graham Rahal Performance and Rahal Ducati Indianapolis, and Rahal Paint Protection and Rahal Precision Tint will also operate within the facility, along with a new Rivet Coffee shop. Rahal Piaggio Indianapolis will operate out of Building 2, as well as a car storage facility. A restaurant is also planned for Building 2, along with a members-only social club to be housed upstairs.
