Currently under construction and projected to be completed in September 2025, the second headquarters building for Merchants Bank will be built directly across from their current building in Carmel, which Dillon Construction Group also built. The new 111,000 SF, 5-story building will be connected via a pedestrian bridge and will include a first-floor parking garage, fitness center, social lounges, and a roof top deck.
